Education Insider: Tool should ease applying to 80 colleges

A year from now, high-school seniors applying to Ohio State University or 79 other colleges and universities could be using a new application document. And their little brothers and sisters, starting as young as ninth grade, could be using the same online tool to start their own paths to college.
