After receiving numerous complaints of drug activity at 1641 Pennsylvania Ave., the residence of Ashley Parson, officers decided to conduct a at the home after reportedly witnessing traffic in and out at the home. While one officer was knocking on the door, another officer reported seeing a hand placing a baggy containing a white substance out an upstairs window.
