Early voting starts today for Upper Arlington recall election

Absentee and early voting started today for the Aug. 23 special election that could recall four of Upper Arlington's seven council members. The 27,000 eligible voters in this election can vote on Election Day at the local polling stations but early voting can be done at the Franklin County Board of Elections, 1700 Morse Road.
