Driver pleads guilty in OVI crash that killed ODOT worker

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Franklin County prosecutor announced a plea agreement Thursday for the man accused in the death of a construction worker on I-70.Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said Edward Allen Torres had both alcohol and drugs in his system when he drove through barrels and struck Steve L.
