Columbus police are probing why a driver drifted into oncoming traffic, resulting in a deadly head-on crash early Tuesday morning.The accident occurred just after 3:00 a.m. on Lockbourne Avenue near Reinhard Avenue.38-year-old Tijuan Sealy was driving a 2001 Mercury sedan southbound on Lockbourne Avenue when he veered left-of-center and hit an SUV driven by Suney Coleman, 19.Both were taken to Grant Medical Center where Sealy later died from his injuries.Coleman remains in stable condition.The c
