Driver killed in early morning Franklin Township crash

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office confirms a driver is dead after a crash early Tuesday morning in Franklin Township.Deputies say 37-year-old Christy Brown of Grove City was driving down Brown Rd. when she lost control of their Dodge Dakota.Brown was not wearing a seatbelt when the truck hit an American Electric Power utility pole. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.AEP says the crash resulted in a small power outage, which crews have since restored.No other details were released. Th
