Driver indicted in hit-skip crash that killed unborn child

The man accused of killing an unborn child in a hit-skip crash last week has been indicted by the Franklin County Grand Jury.Tony Muldrow, 38, has been indicted on 10 counts including vehicular aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault, vehicular assault, failure to stop after an accident, and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.The crash happened August 13 at the intersection of South Hamilton Road at Dundee Avenue on th
