Driver indicted in fatal, wrong-way crash on the Southeast Side

A 42-year-old North Side man has been indicted on charges that he caused a fatal, wrong-way crash on the Southeast Side while under the influence of drugs. Richard M. Hough of East Hudson Street is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and three counts of aggravated vehicular assault for an Aug. 8 crash in which one person died and three others were injured.
