Driver in hit-and-run death sentenced to 11 years

A 28-year-old East Side woman was sentenced today to 11 years in prison for recklessly causing a crash that killed one person and injured another on I-71 Downtown near E. Broad Street. Erin J. Overturf of E. Deshler Avenue pleaded no contest last month to aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and failing to stop at the scene of the July 1 crash that resulted in the death of Sadie M. Moss, 61, and serious injuries for Marion E. Willis III, 58.
