Driver in fatal Licking County crash has 3 previous OVI convictions

Investigators believe the driver who caused a crash that killed a Licking County couple Wednesday was under the influence of a legally prescribed drug.He had been convicted three separate times for OVI.10TV is not identifying the 37-year-old Columbus man police say was at-fault because he has not currently been charged in this crash.Police say he fell asleep while driving a Ford Explorer and crossed into oncoming traffic.A witness to the crash stopped to help the man's 4-year-old son, who was in
