Driver gets probation after passenger killed in Wilson Road crash

A man who caused a crash in which a passenger in his car was killed was placed on probation for one year. Brandon Kinser, 38, of Westfield Drive on the South Side, pleaded guilty in Franklin County Municipal Court to attempting to commit vehicular manslaughter in the Nov. 26, 2013, crash.
