Driver found guilty in fatal high-speed crash

LONDON, Ohio — A Westerville man who authorities said had been huffing canned air to get high while driving 117 mph when he killed a decorated war veteran in a traffic crash on I-70 in January pleaded guilty Friday in Madison County Common Pleas Court. Thomas Farley, 27, of Westerville, admitted to aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony, and one count of third-degree felony vehicular assault.
