Driver charged with misdemeanor in accident that killed ex-BalletMet director

NEWARK, Ohio — The driver accused of hitting and killing a former BalletMet Columbus director while she was out jogging this fall has been charged with vehicular manslaughter. The second-degree misdemeanor charge against Sarah Kieffer, 29, was filed Friday in Licking County Municipal Court, Granville Law Director Michael King confirmed.
