Driver arrested in fatal I-70 crash

The man who authorities say crossed a freeway median and killed a Pennsylvania man in a head-on crash last weekend was arrested when he was released from a hospital today. Thomas Farley, 27, is due in Madison County Municipal Court on Wednesday morning to answer to a charge of aggravated vehicle homicide, a second-degree felony, for causing the death of Carlos Martinez in the crash that happened about 1 p.m. Saturday on I-70 in Madison County.
