Downtown fills up as crowds prepare for Red, White & Boom

Some Red, White & Boom attendees were set for the fireworks hours before the first blastoff early Friday afternoon. Several out-of-towners rose early to ensure they were set up at their favorite location on the Scioto River to watch the show at 10 p.m.
