DNA helps identify victim in 1990 Licking County cold case

The identity of a homicide victim in a Licking County cold case has finally been discovered, 27 years after her murder.According to Licking County Sheriff Randy Thorp, a woman was found dead behind a truck stop in Hebron in April of 1990.
