Dispatch to host community forum on heroin

The Columbus Dispatch is hosting a community forum to discuss the heroin epidemic and what can be done about it. Panelists will include people who have experienced heroin's hold firsthand. There will also be experts who will talk about how to find help, and efforts to help addicts.
