"Disbelief and heartbroken": Two families mourning after deadly wrong way crash

Today, loved ones of the two people killed on US 23 during a wrong way driver incident are trying to process it all with heavy hearts.Ohio State Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 10:42 Saturday night. State police have identified the wrong way driver as Carol Fowler, 56, of Pickerington.They said a trooper was driving Southbound on US 23 between Asheville and Circleville when he noticed the car coming towards him. He flipped on his lights in an attempt to get the driver's attention.
