DeWine approves language for medical marijuana amendment

On the second try, the proposal submitted by the the Marijuana Policy Project, a national organization based in Washington, D.C., was approved. Attorney General Mike DeWine rejected the first proposal on March 11, citing three flaws, including confusion about the number of marijuana cultivation facilities. The group modified and resubmitted the proposal and DeWine signed off on the language.
