Development proposal would raze old houses near OSU

A proposed development that would transform one block along N. High Street near the Ohio State University campus with two new restaurants and 145 apartments has neighbors up in arms. The proposed View on Pavey Square is a 251,750-square-foot project on the west side of N. High between W. Northwood and W. Oakland avenues.
