Despite Facebook posts, three Clintonville projects are still being planned

On Wednesday, a post on the Clintonville Discussion Forum Facebook page declared that two controversial apartment projects were dead and a third one was at risk because of sewer capacity issues. But today, the city said that's not true. "We're carefully considering (what) the impact of multiple developments in the Clintonville area may have on the sanitary sewer system," said John Ivanic, a spokesman for the city's utilities department, who called the review nothing unusual.
