Designer, construction manager named for U.S. courthouse in Toledo

The U.S. General Services Administration announced today that it designated an architect-engineer and construction manager for Toledo's planned federal courthouse renovation and new annex project. Columbus-based Schooley Caldwell Associates was awarded the contract for design, management, and inspection services.
