Deputies in Ross, Pike County looking for 'armed & dangerous' carjacking suspect

ROSS COUNTY – A man considered armed and dangerous is wanted after an armed carjacking in Ross County.Ross County Sheriff George Lavender told 10TV his deputies are looking for Kiser Stargell.Lavender said the crime happened near the Pike County line.The Pike County Sheriff’s Office has posted an alert on its Facebook page.Stargell is accused of taking a burgundy 1997 Buick vehicle with an Ohio license plate of HBS 2211 at gun point according to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office
