Delaware shelter offers men safe respite from cold

DELAWARE, Ohio — It’s busy season at the Delaware County treasurer’s office. Tax bills have been sent, and payments and questions are flooding in. For the homeless, who don’t own property, there is no such urgency. Theirs is a quest for warmth and safety, especially as temperatures drop to dangerous single digits.
