Delaware man hopes worms turn trash to treasure
DELAWARE, Ohio — Three times a week, Aleksandar Ilic visits the kitchen of an all-you-can-eat cafeteria at Ohio Wesleyan University. He's not hungry. His worms are. The 45-year-old stay-at-home dad is collecting onion peels, red pepper scraps and kale stems that would have filled a university trash bin but will instead become an earthen stew that he strongly believes will help the environment.
