A Delaware man received the maximum sentence Thursday for a deadly hit-and-run that killed a 68-year-old jogger in Westerville.Thirty-one-year-old Jonathan Coffman struck and killed Linda Evans on Park Meadow Road in July of 2017.Coffman plead guilty in October of this year to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of OVI.In court Thursday, the judge sentenced Coffman to eight years in prison for the vehicular homicide charge and six months for OVI, to be run consecutively.Coff
