Delaware firm Substratum creating 'alternative web,' paying in own currency

The "Wild West" of cryptocurrency has staked a claim in central Ohio in the form of a software company that is trying to create an alternative web. The company, Substratum, is creating an open-source blockchain network that will allow anyone with an internet connection to become a web host by allocating their spare computing resources.
