Delaware deputy on paid leave since July during investigation

A Delaware County deputy sheriff placed on paid administrative leave in July while accused of being drunk and rowdy and driving under the influence has a history of other departmental violations. "It has been brought to our attention that you have been alleged to be drunk in public, rowdy and possibly driving after drinking," Sheriff Russell Martin said in a letter to Sgt. Jon Burke last year.
