Delaware County residents feel boxed in by noise barriers

Noise-dampening walls are common along highways, where the steady roar of traffic would otherwise rattle the windows of nearby houses. But they’re also sprouting up along low-speed, secondary roads when they are widened. And not everyone is happy about it.
