Delaware County prosecutor intends to run for Rep. Tiberi's seat once he resigns

Delaware County prosecutor Carol O'Brien said Thursday she intends to run for Representative Pat Tiberi's congressional seat when he resigns in January.O'Brien, a Republican, said she has talked to the Delaware County Republican Party about her plan to file paperwork to enter the race once Tiberi resigns.She told 10TV she has great respect for Rep.
