Deadly crashes involving pedestrians on the rise

The Columbus Division of Police said the percentage of fatal traffic crashes involving pedestrians is on the rise.Sgt. Brooke Wilson said pedestrian fatalities occur most frequently on arterial roads like Broad Street, Morse Road, and Livingston Avenue where vehicles are reaching speeds in excess of 40 miles per hour.Sgt.
