Deadlocked German Village Commission can't approve Rockmill brewpub's plan for patio

A tied vote Tuesday night kept the German Village Commission from approving a brewpub's proposal for parking that would have accommodated a 1,700-square-foot patio. Rockmill Brewing Company plans to move into 525 S. 4th St., the current home of Juergen's Bakery and Restaurant, which would downsize to a pastry and import business to make room for Rockmill.
