Dalon Smoot

Dalon Smoot was indicted by a Franklin County Grand Jury on charges he shot and killed former Ohio State University cheerleader Gearld Lee Bishop II. According to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien, Smoot, 21, shot Bishop, 31, during a robbery on Larry Place, in east Columbus on June 11. Bishop was pronounced dead at the scene.
