A swastika-emblazoned Nazi flag that hung in a Pickaway County office before it mysteriously disappeared is a rare historical gem that evokes unthinkable atrocities, one historian says. “This flag was a tangible, physical link to the Holocaust to show that (Nazis) were linked to it,” Darrell English said this week from his Massachusetts home.
