Crash closes southbound lanes of Outerbelt on East Side

The southbound local lanes of Interstate 270 on the East Side are shut down at E. Main Street this afternoon while authorities clear a multi-vehicle crash. The crash occurred about 2:30 p.m. Police and fire officials were reporting multiple injuries and a diesel fuel spill. At least one person was in critical condition, but no fatalities have been reported.
