Crash closes James Road in east Columbus

A portion of James Road is closed following a serious injury accident, according to Columbus Police.Police said a car and SUV collided near the intersection of Fair Avenue and South James Road Monday evening.Authorities said one of the vehicles caught fire following the crash and flipped onto its side.Three people were transported to Grant Medical Center with injuries, one in critical life threatening condition. The other two are expected to recover for their injuries.Officers have closed south
