Court will decide whether jury will hear Judy Malinowski's testimony

Franklin County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against 42-year old Michael Slager who faced the court Thursday morning on murder charges.Slager is already serving 11 years in prison for setting his ex-girlfriend on fire behind a Gahanna gas station two years ago.Prosecutors say Judy Malinowski survived incredible pain and suffering before she died in June.Now, Malinowski's mother is hopeful the jury will hear her daughter's deposition which was taken in January via video conferencing
