Court Docs: Suspect in deadly Newark shooting said he was high

NEWARK, Ohio -- A suspect in a deadly shooting in Newark was arrested early Monday morning at a home in Reynoldsburg and said he was high at the time of the shooting, according to court documents.Detectives say Glenn Priest, of Johnstown, was located at a home in the 8400 block of Papillon Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night.
