Coroner reports 5 overdose deaths in Columbus in less than 24 hours

The Franklin County Coroner’s Office said five people have died from an overdose in less than 24 hours.They said the deaths are concentrated in the west and south side of Columbus. They add they have seen at least 18 overdose deaths in the last week.The coroner urges Franklin County residents with family or friends that might be at risk for an overdose, please take the necessary steps to have Naloxone available for them.The general public can obtain naloxone at any pharmacy without a presc
