Coroner: Coshocton County woman's death ruled accidental
The Coshocton County coroner has ruled the death of a woman found along Coshocton County Road in March accidental.According to coroner, toxic levels of fentanyl and methamphetamine caused 27-year-old Heather Nicole Levi Ayers to overdose.In March 10TV spoke to Ayers' family who said she was pregnant with twins.The final autopsy report confirmed Ayers was not pregnant when she died and her death is considered an accidental overdose.
