Coroner: Amber Evans' death ruled a suicide

COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has ruled the death of 28-year-old Amber Evans as a suicide.According to the report released by the coroner’s office, the official cause of death was listed as drowning.The report said there were "toxic levels" of the drugs Diphenhydramine and Acetaminophen in her system.
