Convicted rapist guilty again after assaulting two women last October

NEWARK — In April 2005, Roger Black sat in Licking County Common Pleas Court as he was convicted of rape. Nearly 11 and a half years later, and with an eight-year prison term behind him, Black, 32, sat in the same courtroom and buried his face in his tattooed hands as he was found guilty of the same crime.
