Construction worker killed after getting buried in trench in Marysville

The Marysville City manager confirms a construction worker was killed near Memorial Hospital Monday.Marysville Police said the incident happened around noon in the 600 block South Plum Street.The worker was inside of a 20-foot deep trench when he was buried under mounds of wet dirt that collapsed on top of him."When we arrived at the scene his co-workers were trying to dig him out.
