Concrete dust latest complaint for Buckeye Lake residents over dam work
The recent completion of a stability berm and seepage barrier at Buckeye Lake means that residents and businesses are one step closer to higher water levels this summer. Although the progress is encouraging for those who live and work in the area, it continues to come at a cost. On April 30, an on-site concrete-mixing plant being used during construction overflowed, sending a plume of concrete dust into the air and onto about a dozen homes and yards near Rosebraugh Circle.
