Commissioners offer management review for Fairfield County prosecutor’s office

LANCASTER, Ohio — Fairfield County commissioners have approved a $44.4 million general-fund budget for next year, less than this year’s approximately $45.4 million budget. The commissioners said the new budget approved on Tuesday reflects public safety as a priority, with the sheriff’s office accounting for $10.6 million of the total.
