Columbus walking back Kroger incentives as expansion project lags

The Columbus City Council plans to downgrade a job-growth incentive agreement with Kroger after the company reported incorrect figures to the city. The Council will also dissolve a two-year-old jobs agreement with Universal Fabricating and Construction Services because the company went out of business.
