Columbus votes Tuesday on whether to add city council districts

Voters will decide whether to drastically alter the makeup of the Columbus City Council as they cast ballots Tuesday on a charter amendment that would expand the city council and create 10 city council districts. Polls open at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in the special election.
