Columbus to spend billions fixing waterlines, sewers

Call it growing pains. The biggest portion of Columbus' record-setting capital budget will be spent on improvements designed to stop untreated sewage from overflowing into central Ohio's creeks and rivers, and to upgrade the city's public water system.
