Columbus serial exposer behind bars once again

COLUMBUS -- After searching for a man since March who is suspected of exposing himself at a crowded restaurant, he is now behind bars.Dawalyan Hall, 33, is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in public at an Ohio State University area restaurant.
