Columbus serial exposer arrested, due in court Wednesday

COLUMBUS -- After searching for a man since March who is suspected of exposing himself at a crowded restaurant, law enforcement apprehended him and placed him behind bars.Dawalyan Hall, 33, is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in public at an Ohio State University area restaurant.
